A statement of elegance. This adjustable halo necklace features an oval purple fancy lab-grown sapphire and Lafonn's signature Lassaire simulated diamonds. The necklace is set in sterling silver bonded with platinum. Lab-grown sapphires have the exact same chemical, mineral, and optical properties as natural sapphires which vary in color, texture and pattern.
